Delivery in Switzerland

We provide standard delivery to all Swiss addresses by Swiss Post. Sometimes your package needs to be signed for at the time of delivery.

For orders over CHF 1,000.00, shipping costs are free of charge.

For more information on postal services, see www.post.ch. You can use the online tracking service at www.post.ch when you request a signature on delivery.

During busy periods, delivery may take up to 48 hours. The delivery time is only an estimate and begins on the date of shipment.

Delivery abroad

We use the international Swiss postal service (see www.post.ch.) This service requires a signature at the time of delivery. You can use the online tracking service at www.post.ch.

The aim of the Swiss Post is to send parcels within Europe within 3 to 10 working days using "international" or "received" services, but for the rest of the world (ROW) it may take 10 to 15 days.

For international orders, Gexist is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance of destinations.

Late delivery and loss of delivery

If your delivery is delayed by more than 7 days (10 days for international goods), please contact us, we will help you track the package. Often an attempt has been made to deliver but no card has been left.

We cannot replace lost items up to 15 working days after the date of dispatch (25 working days for international items), as this is when the Swiss post office estimates that they have been lost.

For international mail, parcels are handled by several postal services. We cannot guarantee the delivery time, as it is the responsibility of the destination postal services. Customs clearance can cause delays - which can take up to two weeks.

We always advise you to use a secure delivery address.

Return Information

Sale items cannot be returned.

We check all items before shipping. If you receive a damaged item, contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt and inform us of the reasons for your return. Please make the return within 8 days.

The cost of postage is your responsibility, we recommend that all returns are sent via a registered service.

How to pack the return

It is important that all items returned to the company are properly packaged. Returns must be made in appropriate packaging and accompanied by the original packaging of the order (please keep a copy for your information).

The risks of any returns are the sender’s responsibility.  Gexist is not responsible for any damage or loss suffered during transport, whatever the cause. We will confirm receipt of the parcel by email.

Your rights

You have the right to cancel any domestic purchase order within 8 working days of receiving the product and return it for a credit note (except for discounted items).

Reimbursement

Customs and sales duties are not refunded. You can recover them by contacting the local customs authorities directly.
